I wonder if anyone is ever really organized when it comes to work. They have a plan, but plans change and things have to be moved around. Lately I've noticed however, organization is not the biggest problem with companies. Its teamwork and its employees. For instance, why keep those who don't want to work and let go of those who do? I just don't get it. Really I don't.
And here's something else, everyone works at a different pace, they might not be as fast as Joe Quickly, but if they are meeting the required goals, don't complain, don't taunt them. We don't all work at Speedracers pace, but we are working! There's so much more I can say, but for now it will have to wait.
