I finally decided it was time I worked on becoming healthier. I know I’m not in bad shape, but I’m not in the best shape either. I have no energy and I always feel like I’m tired. Anymore I can’t even stay awake to read a book. I fell asleep by mid-afternoon a few days ago not long after I started reading a book. And for those of you wondering, no it wasn’t boring. It was a book I was actually very interested in. Body for Life for Women. I’ve enjoyed the knowledge in it and realized I may very well be going through premenopause as I had suspected where others kept telling me I’m way too young. Really? I’m close to 40 people.
