It was all over the news yesterday. Whitney Houston died due to drowning. That doesn’t mean she wasn’t a perfect angel because they did find illegal drugs in her system. Okay, so I’m not one to condone her lifestyle and yes she needed help and either didn’t get it, or chose not to for whatever reason. It’s hard to kick a habit, but we as humans are a hell of a lot stronger when we set our mind to things.
One thing I do know, out of respect for her family, the media needs to put Whitney Houston to rest.
- Stop talking about her and let her family grieve in peace. If you love her music, fine talk about it. Not about her death.
- Don’t idolize her. If you wanted to do that, you should have done it while she was alive. Maybe if she heard enough about her music, she would have changed her lifestyle. Just maybe.
