The Reaction

She read the food allergy information on the label and let out a sigh of relief. There was nothing to indicate that what she had served at the dinner table would cause suspicion to the allergic reaction that her husband had had earlier tonight. Maybe the police wouldn’t know. Her husband certainly hadn’t told the nurses or doctor that he’d consumed shellfish, so why should she panic over the whole ordeal. Just as long as no one suspected a thing, she wouldn’t worry. She would just continue to serve the product until it became severe enough that they wouldn’t be able to bring him back.
