A weight loss diet does not have to consist of pills or capsules or any form of chemicals to meet your goal to a healthy new you.Instead, dieting should consist of whole foods that are processed and exercise.
And if you find exercise boring like I do, you could try dancing or a sport like boxing or hike to a new place you've been wanting to visit. You could mix up your activities instead of doing the same thing over and over. And the same goes with what you eat. Try a new fruit or vegetable instead of sticking with the same foods all of the time. There's no reason why being healthy has to be a chore or boring. Just live life!
