Eat a healthy diet that's full of fruit and vegetables, get rid of the processed foods and sugar, and get off your butt and exercise. if you need something sweet reach for a naturally sweet peach or your choice of fruit instead.

There are no excuses when it comes to changing your body and your life, only those who refuse to change.
