Lately I've noticed a lot of sluggish changes to my body, even more than before. And while I don't think it's as serious as needing to do a colon and body cleanse, I think I do need to at least change my routine for sleep, exercise and diet.
One of the things I've noticed is that each time I sleep beyond 8am, I get a really bad headache and my body aches. I didn't have a serious body ache today, but I did have a headache from oversleeping. Plus I had way too much caffeine which seriously made me shaky and I missed everything but dinner. So yep, I'd say something's gotta change.
