Because of my recent health issues, I've been working out again. The scary thing is after 10 minutes of working out I felt like I was going to fall over. The kids worked out with me and after 10 minutes they were ready for more!
I think that pretty much sums up the fact that I definetly need to start getting into a routine for really working out again. Tomorrow I'll work out another 10 minutes and do that for the rest of the week. Then I'll increase the minutes next week and work out next week for that set amount of time. Then the week after I'll increase the minutes again and continue the routine until I can work out for a full 40 minutes.
